Hudson Correctional Facility
Hudson, Colorado

This new 1,250-bed medium security private prison includes 35 acres of site development, four 2-man cell detention buildings, a 60,000-square-foot administration and support facility. The project also includes a 7,500-square-foot maintenance facility, an 8,000-square-foot recreation building, and a 1,600-square-foot gate house. Off site infrastructure work was also a critical component of this project in order to bring water, sewer, natural gas, phone, and electrical services from up to 2.5 miles away. Over 12,000 feet of security fencing was also constructed.
